Mashburn Construction promotes six across the state

Mashburn Construction announced the recent promotions for six team members across three of their four offices.

Calvin Abercrombie has been promoted to Assistant Superintendent. He is based out of the Columbia office and is currently on site at Pet Paradise. Calvin previously interned with Mashburn while he was earning a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Midlands Technical College and was quickly offered a full-time position. He and his family currently reside in Lexington, SC.

Josh Dean has been promoted to Assistant Superintendent out of the Charleston office. Josh has a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Citadel. He recently completed a new amenity center in the Wisteria at Cane Bay neighborhood and looks forward to his next project, Fifth Third Bank in Summerville.

Robert Echols has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager based out of the Charleston office. Since being employed with Mashburn, Robert has served in both preconstruction and field roles and has excelled in both. Robert has a degree in Construction Science Management from Clemson University and lives in Charleston.

Mark Gillece has been promoted to Superintendent, serving projects based out of our Myrtle Beach office. Mark is originally from Gaithersburg, MD and brings unique industry experience to Mashburn. Mark is currently completing a project at Conway Medical Center.

James Hunt has been promoted to an Assistant Superintendent in Columbia. James has worked on a large, ground-up car dealership and is close to completing another in Columbia. James graduated with a degree in Construction Science Management from Clemson University.

Madison White has been promoted to Project Manager based out of our Columbia office.  Madison has been intricately involved in project management for the Finlay Park Revitalization project in Columbia along with kicking off another unique project, Pet Paradise. Madison has a Construction Science Management degree from Clemson University and resides in Columbia with her husband and dog.
