Abacus Planning Group Advisor, William Jeter, elected as President for the Central South Carolina Habitat for Humanity Board

Abacus Planning Group announces the election of William Jeter CFA, CAIA, CFP® to President of the Board for the Central South Carolina Habitat for Humanity. William was elected to the position after serving on the Executive Committee for two terms as Treasurer.

Central South Carolina Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1985 as an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Since 1985, Central SC Habitat for Humanity has provided more than 250 homes in partnership with individuals and organizations across Richland and Lexington Counties.

Habitat homeowners receive financial education, and learn about building and maintaining their own homes, all while paying an affordable mortgage. With Habitat’s help, homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better future for themselves and for their families.

William Jeter graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University in 2012 with a BS in Finance and Accounting. William earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designation in October 2016, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in December 2017. William received the CFP® designation in 2018.

As a member the Abacus investment team, William’s responsibilities include investment research, asset allocation decisions and portfolio design. William is also a resource to clients for business valuation modeling.
