Accepting bids for lawn care at Cross Hill Fire Department

The Cross Hill Fire Department Board of Directors is seeking bids to provide lawn care services for our 3 locations. Bids will be accepted until March 11th 2024 by itemized bid to our address above or by submission at a regular board meeting. Bids must have attached the bidders license and insurance, along with any other requirements needed by local and state laws.

Bid Requirements:

Maintaining 3 properties every 2 weeks from time the bid is awarded until October 31st.
Maintaining to include debris removal (sticks, trash, etc.), mowing, trimming, blowing and other lawn maintenance as needed.
Bid shall be per year with monthly invoicing and payment.

Locations are:
1936 Watts Bridge Rd, Cross Hill, SC 29332
Skippers Lodge Rd, Cross Hill, SC 29332 (Walnut Tree Rd & Skippers Lodge Rd)
Darkwood Dr, Waterloo, SC 29384 (HWY 221 & Darkwood Drive)

Contract services will be evaluated by the board on an ongoing basis and act accordingly as needed.

Bids will be opened by the Executive Committee on March 12th, 2024 and a recommendation made to the full board during the March 12th, 2024 meeting at 6pm. Meeting location is1936 Watts Bridge Rd, Cross Hill SC.
