ADCO Receives Honors at 2009 ADDY Awards

COLUMBIA, SC – March 15, 2009 – ADCO, a full service strategic marketing, creative design and interactive media solutions firm in Columbia, received 12 ADDY Awards at the American Advertising Federation (AAF) of The Midlands ADDY Gala.
The ADDY Gala, hosted by the AAF of The Midlands each year, recognizes and rewards creative excellence in the art of advertising. The ADDY competition that takes place in Columbia is the first of a three-tiered national competition, which culminates at the National ADDY Awards.
Of the 12 awards ADCO garnered at this year’s competition, there were six Gold ADDY Awards and six Silver ADDY Awards. Projects were recognized in a variety of categories including print materials, special event materials, websites and self-promotion collateral.
“We work hard for our clients, and we set the bar high for creative excellence in all areas,” Creative Director Brian Murrell said. “It’s a great feeling when other people see that and recognize you for it.”
