Alex Seglem joins LCK as Project Manager in Charleston office

LCK announces that Alex Seglem has joined its project management team in the Charleston office as Project Manager.

Seglem will fulfill the role of project manager and owner’s representative for assigned LCK construction and renovation projects. He will be responsible for leading teams of selected contractors, architects, engineers and various consultants while managing project budgets and schedules. His background in commercial construction with broad experience in many different product types will be a valuable asset as he works alongside LCK team members and clients to execute projects.

Seglem holds several certifications including U.S. Green Building Council – LEED Green Associate; OSHA 30-Hour Construction; NPDES Stormwater Training Institute, Level 1-A; and Army Corps of Engineers, Construction Quality Management. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management with a minor in Business.

Seglem has dedicated time and resources to multiple local community service organizations such as American Heart Association, The First Tee of Charleston and Charleston Habitat for Humanity.
