Association of SC Mayors elects new officers and board members

COLUMBIA, SC – July 11, 2012 – The Association of South CarolinaMayors met on Friday, June 29, at the Municipal Association of SouthCarolina’s 72nd Annual Meeting and elected new officers and boardmembers.
 
The Association of SC Mayors was formed in 2011 under the umbrella ofthe Municipal Association of South Carolina to provide opportunities forSouth Carolina mayors to more fully engage in advocating for issuesthat affect cities and towns; to network, share ideas and best practiceswith other mayors; and to take part in educational activities. Thereare 131 members of the Association of SC Mayors.
