Bill Oliver Earns Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) Designation

Columbia, SC – May 5, 2008 — Bill Oliver, broker/owner of Crescent Moon Mortgage, has passed the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) qualifying exams for the second year in a row. CMPS designees can offer clients strategies that encompass financial market, interest rate, cash flow, debt and real estate investment analysis.

The CMPS Institute’s goal of integrating financial planning concepts with the mortgage process is especially relevant in today’s mortgage market.
