Bubble Paper welcomes James Richards as new Design Engineer

With over 15 years of experience in design engineering and a proven track record in innovation and manufacturing process improvement, James brings a wealth of expertise to the Bubble Paper team.

James joins Bubble Paper following a distinguished career at Champion Aerospace LLC, where he served as Design Team Supervisor. During his tenure, James played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s design processes and implementing creative solutions that enhanced product development and manufacturing efficiency. His deep knowledge of mechanical design, coupled with hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Inventor, will be instrumental in driving the innovation of Bubble Paper’s product offerings.

James Richards is experienced in areas such as Lean Manufacturing, Design Engineering, and Aerospace CAD, among others. He is well-versed in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, Design for Manufacturing, and Engineering Drawings, making him an exceptional fit for Bubble Paper’s goal of delivering high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions.

James will be based at Bubble Paper’s headquarters in Piedmont, South Carolina, where he will lead design initiatives, develop new products, and refine existing offerings to meet the evolving needs of Bubble Paper’s clients.
