CAMS promotes Alicia Bablo to Operations Manager

Community Association Management Services (CAMS) announced the promotion of Alicia Bablo to Operations Manager.

Bablo has been with CAMS since 2018 and has held the role of Customer Experience Manager since 2021. Before entering the community management industry, Bablo worked as a Nuclear Security Officer and served in the Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer.

“I am honored to embark on this new chapter of growth and opportunity,” said Bablo. “I look forward to continuing my journey with CAMS.”

Chief Operations Officer (COO) Cathy Wade, CMCA®, AMS® PCAM®, is thrilled to see Bablo step into her new position.

“Alicia has excelled as the Customer Experience Manager,” remarked Wade. “She is a valuable asset to our operations team, helping us to continue improving our processes and raising the bar of service to our customers.”

Bablo’s primary responsibility in her new role as operations manager is to coordinate and oversee specific administrative support functions, manage the customer service team, and ensure on-time and accurate delivery of customer service functions to CAMS clients.
