City of Laurens Announces Juneteenth Festival

The City of Laurens recently announced details of the Juneteenth Festival to be held on June 17, 2023.
The festival will feature Dr. Walter B. Curry Jr. speaking at the Laurens County Museum at 1:00 pm. Dr. Curry will share his insightful perspective on this important occasion. The public is welcome to attend and learn valuable knowledge and celebrate the significance of Juneteenth.
The festivities will continue throughout the day with live entertainment on the main stage from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm including the headliner band of David E and The Band Levelz.
