Smith has been in the real estate industry in South Carolina for the past five years and was most recently a REALTOR with ERA Wilder Realty.  He has experience working in a demanding and fast-paced environment, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.  Smith was licensed previously in North Carolina.
