Colliers brokers lease for First Reliance Bank at 1901 Main Street office tower in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina’s Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM represented First Reliance Bank in the leasing of 5,711 square feet of retail and office space at the 1901 Main Street office tower in Columbia. Wilkerson also represented the landlord, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank.

1901 Main is a 17-story, 303,156-square-foot, Class A office complex anchoring almost an entire city block on Main Street. The building offers high-end amenities for its tenants.

LCK’s Windy Lucas provided project management services on behalf of the landlord, AgFirst Farm Credit Bank. Mashburn Construction served as the general contractor. Improvements to the space included adding offices, teller area, breakroom, conference room, restrooms and a new ceiling and installing high-end finishes with heavy millwork and glass office demising walls.

Colliers’ Beth Smith-Pollom provides property management services, along with a full-time team including a property administrator, building engineer and maintenance technician.
