Colliers facilitates full-building lease to Safe-Guard at Independence Corporate Park in Greenville

Colliers | South Carolina brokers Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented the landlord, TSO ICP, LP, in the leasing of a 30,359-square-foot office building at 2 Independence Point in Greenville to Safe-Guard Products International. Bob Ward, SIOR and Jeff Kelley, SIOR from Colliers | Atlanta represented Safe-Guard Products International in the transaction.

Independence Corporate Park (ICP) features seven Class A office buildings totaling ±300,000 square feet, ideally located at the I-85/I-385 interchange in Greenville. ICP provides tenants with an onsite restaurant, fitness center, basketball court, and a full-time property manager and building technician.
