Colliers International completes sale of two properties totaling over 50 acres for $12.5 million

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International’s Daniel Pellegrino, Seth Clark and Woody Moore, CCIM have brokered the sale of two properties, in Mount Pleasant and Columbia, South Carolina. Combined, the two properties total over 50 acres of land and sold for $12.5 million.
The first property, 38.5 acres on Highway 17 in Mount Pleasant, will be developed for mixed use, focusing on multi-family housing with a retail component. The second, approximately 12 acres located on National Guard Road in Columbia, is adjacent to the new University of South Carolina football practice field and nearly 300 acres that the university recently acquired.
Colliers International’s Daniel Pellegrino, Seth Clark and Woody Moore represented the seller in the transaction.
Pellegrino is a Brokerage Associate of Colliers International, specializing in investment brokerage. Clark is a Senior Brokerage Associate who specializes in the sale and development of land tracts and multifamily properties. Moore is an Executive Vice President of Colliers International, whose focus is on consulting, as well as multi-family and mixed-use development transactions.
