Colliers Keenan Brings Zoe's Kitchen to Downtown Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC – April 20, 2009 – Colliers Keenan agents Marsha Davis and Tommy Johnson have brokered the lease of 2,492 square feet of space in the Meridian building at 1320 Main Street to Zoës Kitchen, a fast casual restaurant concept with stores located in seven states in the Southeast.
Located in the heart of the Central Business District, Zoës will open following renovations of the space and will serve breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. This will be the restaurant’s second location in the Columbia area, the first being located at 4855 Forest Drive. Ansel Bunch of CB Richard Ellis represented Zoës Kitchen in the lease transaction.
