Colliers Keenan Expands Office and Investment Practice Groups

COLUMBIA, SC – June 24, 2008 – Colliers Keenan is pleased to announce the addition of two new agents to its brokerage team. Henry Moore, III, a Columbia native, will specialize in the sale and leasing of office properties and Ian Norris joins Colliers Keenan as part of the Investment Sales Group.

Henry Moore, III, a Columbia native, will specialize in the sale and leasing of office properties. A graduate of Clemson University, Mr. Moore brings an extensive background in sales, contract negotiations and market development to Colliers Keenan as a member of the company’s Office Practice Group. He most recently served as Regional Sales Manager for LeMaitre Vascular, Inc., a medical products manufacturer, where his responsibilities included sales and management of a sales team for the East Coast region of the United States.

Ian Norris joins Colliers Keenan as part of the Investment Sales Group. A South Carolina native, he is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, and recently earned an International Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business. Prior to attending business school and joining Colliers Keenan, Mr. Norris served in the U.S. Navy for eight years as a Navy SEAL.
