Colliers represents Maysteel Industries in the sale of Sumter industrial building

Colliers | South Carolina brokers Chuck Salley, SIOR, Thomas Beard, SIOR, John Peebles, SIOR and Dave Mathews, SIOR represented Maysteel Industries in the sale of a 128,292-square-foot industrial building at 1485 Diebold Drive in Sumter to a local business expanding its operations.
The building was constructed in 1991. Maysteel used the property to manufacture custom, heavy-duty sheet metal products for the utility and power generation industries.
