The brokerage transaction volume consisted of over 590 sale and lease transactions of industrial, hotel, land, office, healthcare and retail properties throughout South Carolina.

Additionally, Colliers | South Carolina reached a milestone of 17 million square feet in its real estate management portfolio, another record for the company. The Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division has experienced unprecedented growth since the start of the pandemic and continues to be the largest manager of commercial real estate properties in South Carolina.
In 2021, Colliers’ project management partner, LCK, set a new record by managing a portfolio of projects approaching $1 billion in volume during the year.
