Colliers | South Carolina announced two new hires in the company’s accounting department based in its Columbia office. Sarah Anderson has joined the company as a Property Accountant and Rosa Nakasone has joined as the Billing and Collections Coordinator.
As a Property Accountant, Anderson is responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for commercial real estate properties which are managed for Colliers’ clients. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked in accounting for a hospitality property owner.
As the Billing and Collections Coordinator, Nakasone provides service to Colliers’ property managers and project managers. She coordinates accounts receivable and billing, receiving direction from project and property managers to deliver on the needs of the company’s clients. Additionally, she handles the corporate billing for Colliers | South Carolina and its project management partner, LCK. Prior to joining Colliers, she worked as a customer service and billing representative for a regional hospital system.
