Colliers | South Carolina brokers lease transaction for Prime Time Leasing and McQueen Distribution, LLC

Colliers | South Carolina industrial brokers Mark Erickson, SIOR and Jarred Watts represented McQueen Distribution, LLC in the lease transaction of ±22,000 square feet of warehouse space at 450 International Circle in Summerville to Prime Time Leasing.
The building, known as McQueen Distribution Center, is located within the Charleston I-26 Industrial Corridor which has quickly become the “go-to” area for all things industrial. It is only 2 miles from I-26, approximately 20 miles from the Hugh Leatherman Terminal, and is within 30 miles of all Port of Charleston terminals, making it a highly sought-after property for third-party logistics providers, manufacturing and distribution companies. Additionally, this newly constructed industrial space is unique in that it can accommodate users as small as 22,000 square feet which has become increasingly difficult to find in today’s competitive market.
Prime Time Leasing is a rental furniture provider servicing the Lowcountry region of South Carolina.
