Colliers | South Carolina welcomes Gina Toney as Property Manager in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Gina Toney has joined its Columbia office as Property Manager.
In her role, Toney will devise and implement operating plans, oversee financial matters including budgets and reports, supervise operational activities and foster positive relationships with clients and tenants in the management of all types of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Colliers, Toney managed high-profile properties in the Columbia market, where she oversaw daily operations. Toney also actively dedicates time to charity events, mentoring and contributing to industry-related legislative efforts.

Gina joins a dedicated REMS team of 63 trained professionals, including 19 property managers, 23 building engineers and technicians, 13 support associates and eight property accountants. Two of the 18 property managers hold the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM), a nationally recognized professional designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
