Colliers’ Thomas Beard receives prestigious Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation

Colliers l South Carolina announced Thomas Beard has earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.
The SIOR designation is awarded to real estate professionals in recognition of their knowledge, experience and proven successes in the markets they serve. To receive the designation, professionals must meet specific requirements, including recognition by developers, lenders and investors, a high level of transactional production and meeting SIOR’s education and strong ethical requirements.

Beard is a Vice President and member of the industrial brokerage team in Columbia, specializing in leasing, user sales and investment sales of industrial properties throughout central South Carolina. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker consistently since 2017 for industrial leasing transactions and he was awarded the Colliers l South Carolina Top 10 Producers Award in 2020. In 2018, 2019 and 2020 he received the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association Commercial Circle of Excellence Award and also received CCRA’s Sales Transaction of the Year Award in 2020. Beard graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and is a 2021 graduate of Leadership Columbia.
