Congaree Land Trust announces new board members

Congaree Land Trust (CLT), a non-profit working to conserve central South Carolina has announced two new additions to its Board of Directors: Tripp W. Bradley and William M. Haselden.
“We are very pleased that Mr. Bradley and Mr. Haselden have agreed to serve on the board of CLT” says Executive Director, Stuart White. “Both of these leaders bring valuable experience and skills to our organization that will contribute greatly to the governance of CLT and our continued success in land conservation.”
Mr. Bradley currently serves as Senior Brokerage Associate for Colliers International where he specializes in retail land and site selection brokerage. He has had 14 years of experience working in commercial real estate, primarily in land development. Mr. Bradley is a Life Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence. He is involved in his community by serving on the boards of Scoutreach – Boy Scouts of America, the South Carolina Coastal Conservation Association and previously as Chairman for Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Bradley has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Clemson University. He lives in Columbia with his wife, Carolyn.
Mr. Haselden serves as a Personal Trust Specialist and Vice President for Branch Bank and Trust Company (BB&T.) He has over seventeen years’ experience in the financial services industry specializing in accounting, tax, compliance, business development and relationship management. He earned a B.A. from The University of The South, Sewanee, TN and a M.B.A. from The University of South Carolina while achieving the Gownsmen and Dean’s list honors. Mr. Haselden has been active with his community and church serving on several finance committees and the Vestry of Trinity Cathedral. Mr. Haselden and his wife Lane have a daughter who enjoys sharing his passion for the great outdoors.
