COR charitable recipient at the St. Pat’s charity press conference

COLUMBIA, SC – May 19, 2008 – Columbia Opportunity Resource (COR) received a generous donation at a press conference held by the St. Pat’s in Five Points commitee to thank local charities for their service during the 26th annual St. Pat’s in Five Points festival.  COR was one of 23 local charities recognized.  A check in the amount of $500 will be used towards strengthening the COR mission and initiatives.

COR Executive Director Tracy Russell, CAE states, We thank the St. Pat’s in Five Points commitee for acknowledging our presence at the festival and in Columbia.  We work really hard to get involved in the community and events like the St. Pat’s in Five Points festival allows us the opportunity to exercise some of our initiatives.  We greatly appreciate this gift and will use it to strengthen our organization.
