Countybank promotes Amber Price to HR Director

Countybank announced the promotion of Amber M. Price to Human Resource Director.

Price joined Countybank in 2019 as HR Manager and has over 10 years of experience in human resource management. She was elected by the Board of Directors as a Vice President of the Bank in 2020. In her new role as HR Director, Amber will further enhance the Bank’s HR strategic planning, associate experience, and leadership development.

“Amber is an instrumental resource for our associates,” said Jamie Hedgepath, General Counsel, Chief Human Resource Officer, and Executive Vice President. “She has extensive knowledge in talent management, associate engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.”

Hedgepath said Price’s rapport with associates and her expertise in HR strategic planning will serve the organization as she moves into the role of HR Director. “Amber is highly skilled in aligning business goals with workforce strategy,” said Hedgepath.

Price is a graduate of Anderson University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources Administration. She is a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Bank’s workforce of nearly 200 employees across several locations in the Upstate of South Carolina.
