East West Partners announces release of 47 new residences in Phase III at The Waterfront Daniel Island

Reservations are currently being accepted to receive more detailed information about the offering. Beginning April 9, prospective buyers will have an opportunity to upgrade to a priority reservation. Sales contracts for the third collection will be executed beginning April 23. Pricing will begin in the $900,000’s.

Net-Zero-Ready buildings are designed and constructed more efficiently so that with the addition of renewable energy systems, the building would produce as much energy as it consumes. To meet Net-Zero criteria, additional insulation has been added to the collection’s exterior building envelope, and upgraded HVAC systems and heat pump water heaters were selected to increase energy efficiency.

The interior design vision for the third collection is being led by Betsy Berry of B. Berry Interiors, the acclaimed Charleston-based firm also behind the community’s second collection. In addition, two architectural firms, including Charleston-based MacMillan Pazdan Smith and Bluffton-based Court Atkins Group, will bring the Phase III residences to life.
