Eat Well Wednesdays Kick Off at the Clinton Library

December 28, 2024

The Clinton Library is excited to announce the launch of Eat Well Wednesdays, a brand-new Nutritional Food Program beginning on January 8th, 2025. This engaging series, presented in partnership with Clemson SNAP-ED, is designed to help participants discover budget-friendly meals that promote healthier living.

Each Wednesday, Sharon Lone from Clemson SNAP-ED will lead interactive workshops tailored for two audiences: seniors at 11:00 am and families at 4:00 pm. These sessions will feature practical cooking demonstrations, nutritional tips, and simple meal ideas that participants can easily recreate at home.

The inaugural session on January 8th will showcase a flavorful and nutritious stir-fry recipe, perfect for kickstarting your healthy eating journey in the new year. Whether you’re looking to expand your meal options or adopt a healthier lifestyle, this program offers valuable resources and support.

Eat Well Wednesdays is free and open to the public. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to create delicious, budget-friendly meals for you and your family.
