Elliott Davis Technology Solutions, LLC Announces New Ownership and Company Name

AUGUSTA, GA – December 30, 2008 – Elliott Davis, LLC, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, announces a change in ownership and company name for its technology consulting firm affiliate, Elliott Davis Technology Solutions, LLC. Effective Dec. 31, 2008, Managing Shareholder Charles Johnson will become the owner of EDTS, LLC, the new name of the full-service technology consulting firm with locations in Augusta, Ga. and Greenville, S.C.
