Jigsaw puzzles are one of the best ways to calm the mind and focus on the simple yet challenging task of putting the pieces together. By combining puzzles with standards for in classroom use, you get a great platform for learning and teaching.
It all began when Jane DiBridge, a sixth-grade middle school English teacher, noticed how much attention her students were giving the jigsaw puzzles she put out at the end of the day. She soon came up with the idea to incorporate this time-tested game into national teaching standards, and StandardsinPuzzles.com was born.
