Nelo Mayar, Owner, Aryana Afghan Cuisine

For over 20 years, Nelo Mayar has been preparing healthy,home cooked meals with the recipes passed down from her family. She was offering cooking lessons and her students encouraged her to open a restaurant. The result? Aryana, Greenville’s first Afghan restaurant.

They offer delicious meals in a cafeteria style restaurant. Plenty of options are available including meat, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free.
