Angora Columbia Enterprises, Inc. has just completed the sale of its six buildings totaling 222,100 square feet on fourteen acres located on I-126 at Greystone Boulevard in front of the Riverbanks Zoo. The property was subdivided and sold to three different purchasers. Angora was represented by Jeremy Wilson, CPM, CCIM and Ted Pitts, CCIM of Grubb & Ellis | Wilson Kibler. The sales price of the three transactions totaled $6,030,000.00. The 350 and 420 buildings were purchased by the Riverbanks Zoo, the 414 Rivermont Drive building was purchased by Spectra True Colour, Inc. and the 500, 550 and 600 buildings were purchased by Rivermont Drive Properties, LLC.
