HRP Associates hires Russell Ballard as Senior Project Manager

GREENVILLE, SC – HRP Associates Inc. (HRP), a multidisciplinary environmental engineering firm in Greenville, is proud to announce the addition of Russell Ballard as a senior project manager. Prior to joining HRP, Russell was the Principal Environmental Health Safety Consultant with Seed to Sequoia Consulting and was the Quality Environmental Health Safety Manager with Arrow Electronics.

Ballard’s responsibilities will include helping organizations develop custom strategies for their management systems to reduce risks and to be in symmetry with current operational processes. He will lead the implementation of management systems to meet the requirements of the organization and its customers and to ensure successful certification to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. His role will also include management coordination and commitment, employee training, documentation development, on-site support, environmental, health and safety compliance audits, internal audits and corrective action responses.
Ballard is a graduate of Boston University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering, and he also earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. Russell is originally from Texas and resides in Greenville with his wife and children.
