Jessica Lerer Fickling joins Wyche’s litigation team

Wyche, a leading full-service law firm with offices across South Carolina, announced that Jessica Lerer Fickling has joined the firm as a Member in its litigation practice group. Fickling will concentrate on complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts.

Fickling has extensive experience representing individuals and their families in cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, including those resulting from medical and professional negligence, as well as complex business disputes. She has also served as class counsel in consumer and environmental class action lawsuits, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Her background includes representing medical practices, practitioners, businesses, and individuals in pharmaceutical litigation and false claims cases.

Fickling earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Mercer University. Before entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable J. Cordell Maddox, Jr. Fickling is also an active member of the American Association for Justice, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the South Carolina Women Lawyer’s Association.
