Founded in 2010 by Dan and Lorri Unumb, The Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to help individuals with autism reach their full potential by providing comprehensive, evidence-based services and collaborative solutions for the needs of the autism community.

Our team of highly qualified professionals provides one-on-one and small-group applied behavior analysis (ABA) to children and adolescents aged 2 to 21 in clinic, home, and community-based settings. In addition to ABA, The Unumb Center offers individual and family therapy, school consultations, social skills groups, behavioral feeding therapy, summer camps, job training, and diagnostic testing and evaluations.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Board Certification (BCBA/BCaBA)
Create and supervise implementation of new programs
Administer assessments, including but not limited to: VB MAPP, Essentials for Living, AFLS, ABLLS, and PDDBI
Create and modify individualized treatment plans for each client on caseload
Observe client during treatment; compile and evaluate data on client responses to treatments and progress
Attend and participate in parent, team, and therapist meetings, as well as professional development and trainings
Provide direct service to clients as needed
Create behavior plans for each client on caseload as needed, monitor implementation, and provide feedback as necessary
Train, supervise, and provide feedback and coaching for all RBT’s on principles of applied behavior analysis and client’s program (under the direction of the Clinical Director)
