As part of the sales staff, you will play an integral part in delivering our mission, vision and values through customer experiences.

As part of the sales staff, your primary responsibilities include:
• Building rapport with prospective customers as well as returning customers.
• Actively listening to understand their needs, wants and desires for their new vehicles.
• Present solutions that are aligned with identified needs.
• Guiding the customer through the sales process, financing and delivery of the vehicles.

Day to day activities will include:
• Engaging with prospective/current customers who are visiting the dealership in person.
• Respond to incoming leads (internet and phone) to build rapport with prospects and to identify their vehicle needs.
• Follow best practice sales process to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Utilize technology solutions (ex. CRM) to document sales activities and follow up with customers.
• Proactive outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Build product knowledge to better understand features and benefits of new and used inventory.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas as define by management.
• Attend sales meetings and training as required for the position.

Qualifications:
• Experience in sales position regardless of industry.
