• Coordinate client meetings and set account reviews
• Set up and maintain files for new and current customers
• Use reports and client database to identify and manage critical account activity, such as pending lapse, surrenders, trade activity, and review dates. Contact customers, as needed to resolve.
• Helping welcome customers into our office.
