Senior Director of Development (Program Mgr III)

In this challenging role, you will be supporting the FA – Foundation & Alumni department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.

• Identify, cultivate and steward major donors, with emphasis on the six and seven figure gifts. Manage and direct entire fundraising team and operation. Build planned giving program.
• Plan, direct, and administer comprehensive annual, major gift and capital campaigns and events in support of the strategic initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with prospective and exiting donors. Carry a portfolio of key donors.
• Oversee and manage events and donor stewardship activities. Oversee donor data and records management, fund and gift agreements
• Develop programs and initiatives to increase financial support. Direct and monitor the execution of these programs and initiatives. Evaluate past giving and develop materials and processes to increase gift amounts and frequency. Plan a wide range of communications for donor and prospect audiences to include print, email, and social media.
• Coordinate and manage faculty/staff campaign and alumni outreach and solicitation.
• Assist with annual Board Campaign. Establish relationships with and fundraising communications to the Board of Directors.
• Supervise fundraising team to include establishing key responsibilities, conducting performance reviews, making portfolio assignments, establishing individual and foundation goals, guiding grant applications and managing over fundraising operations.
• Represent the Vice President for Advancement in their absence when directed.
• Represent the Foundation and College at various community events, corporate events, and other networking events.
• Attend all college functions, as required, demonstrating professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times
