Lakelands YMCA to Break Ground on State-Licensed Child Development Center

The YMCA, a cornerstone of our community, is set to embark on an exciting new chapter as it celebrates the groundbreaking ceremony for its State-Licensed full-day Child Development Center. The groundbreaking event is scheduled for February 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at 410 Anderson Drive, Laurens, SC 29360.
The Lakelands YMCA has been a vital force in our community, offering a wide range of programs that cater to individuals as young as 6-week-olds to our most senior member, who is an impressive 94 years old. The organization’s commitment to fostering community engagement, health, and well-being is underscored by the upcoming construction of this new facility.
The State-Licensed full-day Child Development Center will provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, contributing to their early development and education.
