Holder Properties welcome Q4Launch and CRANSTON to its Daniel Island Office Building.
Holder Properties welcomed new tenants, Q4Launch, and CRANSTON to Marshside at Nowell Creek Village, the newest Class A office building on Daniel Island. The building’s renovation has been well-received in the market, leading to the recent leasing of a 20,387 SF tenant, along with CRANSTON and Q4Launch, bringing the total leased to over 70,000 SF.
CRANSTON, a firm known for its civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, planning, and surveying expertise, has made Marshside the firm’s Charleston office. From its space on the first floor, the CRANSTON team enjoys direct views of Beresford Creek and the surrounding marshes.
“We were in an older space previously and found Marshside offered the right balance of new, contemporary working space, building amenities, expansion opportunities, and access to the outdoors,” said Matthew Randall, design group manager of CRANSTON. “We believe our office at Marshside will serve as a valuable recruiting and retention tool.”
Q4Launch, a Charleston-based digital hospitality marketing company, recently moved into 4,000 SF at Marshside. Recognized as a growing leader in the hospitality marketing space, Q4Launch is relocating to Daniel Island from its current office in Mt. Pleasant.
“We are excited about our space at Marshside,” said Kelly Phillips, General Manager at Q4Launch. “We wanted to find a building that fit our team’s needs, not only a great office space but simply the best space for us to collaborate and grow together as a company.”
Joyce Beach at CBRE represented Q4Launch. CRANSTON was represented by Jon Chalfie and Hailey Clifton at Landmark Enterprises. Holder Properties represented Marshside in both transactions.
“We are thrilled with the market’s response to the building and are enjoying seeing tenants move in, and start using the spaces,” stated Billy Cooke, Head of Leasing at Holder Properties.
Marshside is currently completing extensive renovations designed by the architecture firm Gensler. The reimagined 200,000 SF building provides a vibrant office environment on Daniel Island. Its design highlights the building’s unique setting between Nowell and Beresford Creeks and features a modern, efficient infrastructure. Marshside’s thoughtful amenities, including a light-filled, hotel-lobby style atrium, concierge services, conference facilities, a fully equipped fitness center with locker rooms, bike storage, and a gourmet grab-and-go market are unique within the Daniel Island market.
With the building nearing completion, leasing momentum continues to grow. Marshside offers large, customizable floor plans and completed suites available for immediate move-in.
