Lexington One, Two Community Coalitions team up to host youth leadership summit

The Rise Above It: Lexington School District Two Community Coalition and Lexington One Community Coalition team up with Coach Christ Carter, Grind University 247, to hold a youth leadership summit on Tuesday October 3 and Wednesday October 4, 2017!

Students will learn about living drug-free and how to be a positive influence on their peers to do the same.  Topics will include underage drinking, risky behaviors, developing leadership skills, drug-resistance skill building, prevention strategies and the influence of media on youth.

The summit will take place at The Harvest Church in Lexington, SC from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday.
