February 6, 2015

GREENVILLE SC – City Council member Jil Littlejohn graduated from the Municipal Association of South Carolina’s (MASC) Municipal Elected Officials Institute on February 4. The Elected Officials Institute is designed to give municipal elected officials a knowledge base for establishing good public policy for their hometowns. Officials must complete seven required courses to graduate, including two full-day sessions offered in conjunction with MASC’s Hometown Legislative Action Day held each February.

Littlejohn represents City Council District 3, and has served on City Council since February 2009. She currently serves at the first female president and CEO of the Urban League of the Upstate, and is also the founder of the Talented Tenth Greenville Leadership Conference.
