Logistics Company Leases Space in Spartanburg Facility

SPARTANBURG, SC – June 11, 2012 – Mark Griffin of Langston Black Real Estate, Inc. represented the Lessor, 410 Properties LLC, in the lease of 18,720 square feet to Upstate Logistics and Distribution LLC. Bobby Lyons with The Lyons Group LLC represented the Lessee, Upstate Logistics and Distribution LLC. The space was leased within a portion of the 81,000 square foot Prima Knit manufacturing facility located at 410 Gossett Road in Spartanburg County.
Mr. Griffin is a business and commercial real estate broker with Langston Black Real Estate working out of the Greenville office.
