Principal Allen Taylor, AIA, LEED AP BD+ C, joined the Columbia office a year later as both Studio Leader and Operations and Finance Manager. Taylor, who is celebrating his 35th anniversary with LS3P this year, began his tenure with the firm in the Charleston office. Senior Project Manager David Anderson, AIA, LEED AP BD+ C joined in 2008 and is now a Principal in the firm.  Together the three Principals and their talented team of architects, interior designers and staff have grown the office to twenty-five (25) professionals managing projects throughout the Midlands.
