MaintainIT Joins South Carolina Engineering Cluster

GREENVILLE, SC – June 24, 2008 – MaintainIT, a Facility and Plant Maintenance Services Company, is pleased to announce they have joined the South Carolina Engineering Cluster. The South Carolina Engineering Cluster, part of New Carolina – South Carolina’s Council on Competitiveness, was formed to help South Carolina industry understand their capital project needs and find engineering solution providers.
“There are more than 45,000 South Carolina engineers developing new technologies and designing major projects around the world in almost every industry. We welcome MaintainIT as our newest cluster member,” says Lee Stogner, Engineering Cluster Chair for New Carolina and Chair of the South Carolina Engineering Cluster. “They are a solid addition to the cluster which aims to help continue the growth of this important part of the South Carolina economy.”
MaintainIT will provide pre-startup maintenance planning, startup and commissioning services; a bridge between capital project completion and startup operations, pursuant to expediting ROI and reducing risk inherent with bringing new capital programs online. Further, MaintainIT will provide ongoing plant services support including maintenance engineering and contract maintenance.
