December 4, 2024On December 3, Greenwood County Council approved economic development incentives for Olde Eight Development, a gravitational mixed-use project in Greenwood County. Led by Greenwood Land Holdings, LLC, the development will harmonize residential neighborhoods and commercial components, including state-of-the-art golf facilities.
