Max Kastenholz joins LCK as Preconstruction Services Manager in Columbia office

LCK announces that Max Kastenholz has become the latest addition to its Preconstruction team in its Columbia office.

As a Preconstruction Services Manager, Kastenholz’s efforts at LCK are focused on the front-end phases of project execution, including estimating, cost management and value analysis which is leveraged to accelerate the planning and design phases of projects. In addition, he assists in peer review of design and construction documents to identify coordination and/or scope matters that require corrective action.

“With the booming real estate industry in South Carolina, LCK is strategically growing its preconstruction services team,” said Dale Stigamier. “Max strengthens LCK’s technical services offering through his background in HVAC and plumbing system design.”

Kastenholz graduated from Clemson University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. At Clemson, he played on the club golf team and while in high school was named Student Volunteer of the Year.
