A cool story about the growth of a family business from one cotton candy cart at a Greenville Braves baseball game to a company that now has a retail store, catering, and summer concessions throughout the Upstate. Rhino provides foodservice for the Greenville Recreation Department, Spartanburg Recreation Department, and many area waterparks. Rhino is the parent company to the downtown restaurant Funneldelicious, which opened in 2011.

Mike Pennington is the owner of Rhino Concessions and Funnelicious. He is a Greenville native and attended Greenville High School and the University of South Carolina, where he double majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
His community involvement includes being on the Advisory Council of Greenville PULSE for three years, actively volunteering with Junior Achievement, teaches job preparedness, interviewing skills, and speaks about entrepreneurship to local high school students, and coordinating the Funneldelicious Community Garden.
