COLUMBIA, S.C. – August 29, 2007 – Miller-Valentine Group announces the opening of Highland Center Professional Park. Located on the corner of Farrow and Hardscrabble Roads, Highland Center is a 24-acre, master-planned, mixed-use park offering Class “A” medical and office condominiums for sale or lease.
