Miller-Valentine Group Announces Opening of Highland Center Professional Park

August 29, 2007

COLUMBIA, S.C. – August 29, 2007 – Miller-Valentine Group announces the opening of Highland Center Professional Park.  Located on the corner of Farrow and Hardscrabble Roads, Highland Center is a 24-acre, master-planned, mixed-use park offering Class “A” medical and office condominiums for sale or lease.

“Because of the high population density and continued development in northeast Columbia, there is a growing demand for Class ‘A’ office space,” said Dale Stigamier, developer for the project.  “We are drawn to this site due to its proximity to the expanding Providence Northeast Hospital, the existing households, and the immediate access to I-77 and I-20.”

Miller-Valentine Group both developed and constructed the 24,000 square feet, comprised of two facilities.  With the opening of Highland Center, Medical Park Pediatrics & Adolescence relocated its northeast office to the new building.  Additional tenant announcements will be forthcoming.

Office suites ranging from 1,500 to 12,000 square feet, along with prime medical, professional, and retail lots are still available.  Persons interested in learning more about Miller-Valentine Group or developments to Highland Center Professional Park are encouraged to visit the company online at or to contact the office at (803) 798-3800.
