Mission Lexington announces LRAH #Eracehunger event – April 15-18

February 10, 2021

Mission Lexington announced information for this year’s Race Against Hunger Event. Due to Covid restrictions, this year’s event will be a self-paced race event. It will take place from April 15-18, and participants will walk/run on their own. For more information or to register, please visit LRAH’s website at lrah.org.

Awareness of the food insecurity in Lexington County has always been the driving force behind this event, and the need is greater than ever.

Registrants will still receive one of our fabulous long sleeve t-shirts in their race packet along with sponsor materials.

“While these changes will affect the way that our race day takes place, they won’t affect the work that we do at Mission Lexington,” said Robin W. Bowers, Executive Director of Mission Lexington. “Your registration will not only impact the work of Mission Lexington financially but also help us by spreading the word of the greater need in our community.”
